2. People submit or browse other peoples artwork submissions
3. every few days to weeks good entreys are complied onto a flash template
4. Download is linked to the download page
5. ANYONE CAN USE THE SPRITES/SOUNDS 100% FREE AND EARN 100% THEE REVENUE

So basicly by doing little or none you can  be capable of using everyone's  complied work to make an animation 100% Yours. No copyright infragment

Submission schould have a preview and Must link to a flash file download where they can be found  :D
